Tebi is a brand under Rexpride Limited (company number 6484149). We are registered in Vietnam and have our Head Office at No. 16, Road No. 5 Him Lam KDC, Ward Tan Hung, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City.
When a customer shops with us (or accesses our services, applications, and websites), the following terms always apply. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any products from our site. Using our site indicates the acceptance of these terms and conditions.

You may choose not to receive communications from us at any time. Any direct marketing communications we send to you, we respect the privacy of our customers.
We offer you the ability to register and login using your third-party social media account details (like your Facebook, Instagram logins or other social media account). Where you choose to do this, we will receive your name, email address, friends list, profile picture as well as the other information you choose to make public on such social media platform.
Please note that we do not control, and are not responsible for, other uses of your personal information by your third-party social media provider. We recommend that you review their privacy notice to understand how they collect, use and share your personal information, and how you can set your privacy preferences on their sites and apps.
We may reach out to customers on social media to feature their content on our social media channels.
By giving a customer the opportunity to feature their content on our social media channels and by responding with the required hashtag (such as #YesTebi) you agree:
• Tebi can use your handle and the content on and/or on any of Tebi social media platforms (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter)
• We can edit, crop, adapt, enhance, or modify the content (but Tebi will not treat a user in a derogatory manner).
The user agrees that they:
• Have the permission of everyone in the content.
• Have the right to grant Tebi the above rights.
• Are at least 16.
If the user (or anyone in the content) asks us to remove the content, we will remove the content from the social media accounts that we control.
The user understands that other users of these social media platforms can also share and make use of the content once posted. A user of these platforms can take a screenshot of and save an image of the content to their device, share the content on social media platforms or websites which feature the content (and sharing capabilities). If a user does not want to grant the permissions set out above, then they should not give us consent to use their content.
